At Notts all of our coaches work very well as a team and we enjoy the training session just as much as the success.

I have a very good relationship with my coaches and they no me very well.

I have 4 coaches who coach me, Ian Kime, Claire Starkey, Nick Ruddock and Jody Kime.

My main coach is claire who coaches me everyday as well as writing my programmes and planning my routines.
